Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Products must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

• With all tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Exchange

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping costs will be borne by Binths.

If the return is due to customer preference (where applicable), return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
