Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation by Binths

We reserve the right to cancel orders in situations including but not limited to:

• Product unavailable

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment verification failure

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Force majeure events

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
